Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping demand.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Australia: 1–4 weeks
  • International Orders: 1–4 weeks

Please understand that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in shipping delays or failed delivery.

Nactik is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 45 business days from shipment, please contact us at contact@nactik.com and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@nactik.com with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item
  • photographs of the packaging where applicable

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
