REFUND POLICY

At Nactik, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • you must provide proof of purchase or your order number

To start a return, please contact us at contact@nactik.com.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Return addresses and instructions are provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the supplier and product type.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processing or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item
  • items are missing from your order

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item(s)
  • photographs of the packaging where applicable
  • any relevant details regarding the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from shipment, please contact us at contact@nactik.com so we can investigate and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • perishable goods
  • personalised or custom-made products
  • personal care items
  • hazardous materials
  • flammable liquids or gases
  • gift cards
  • clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a return request.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
